Here is the New! Improved! Hillbilly Fish Pond.
What do you think? Old or new? Was it worth a couple
hundred bucks to improve this money-sucking fish pond?
Most of the moolah went for rocks. No, people, rocks
are not free, even in Redneckland. What...you think rocks
grow on trees? What's the matter with you people?
My chief complaint with the old one was the green water.
I do believe that has not changed. Which looks better?

    Hi Hillbilly Mom,
I think the water in the new pond is a better shade of green, but it is still green.

Yep, the water's still green, but everything looks a lot nicer now.

It's a sparkly kind of green, like a card table in a casino. The other one just looked dankish. Congratulations on your new and improved pond of green water! :)

Oh, well. My favorite color is green. The new improved picture was taken in an afternoon "chance of showers" thunderstorm, so maybe that's why it looks sparkly. There are about 6 giant goldfish in there, but you can't see them unless they jump...because the water is so freaking green!
